The benefit of eggs are pretty amazing...but did you know they are a benefit to your beauty routine too?
Both the egg whites and yolk have distinctly different benefits. The whites are great for oily skin, while the yolks are great hydration.
Here's a couple recipes for you to try....
For dry skin, try a hydrating mask. Mix one egg yolk with one TBSP coconut oil or honey. Spread on your face (I like to use a paintbrush for this) and leave on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse with warm water and apply your favorite moisturizer.
Try this for a super simple body scrub. Mix equal parts egg yolk with granulated sugar and scrub your whole body! Scrub for 5-10 minutes, then rinse in the shower.
These are both easy to make, and I bet you have the ingredients on hand right now.
