SIMPLE PILLOW MIST
I'm going to share with you my secret to a good night's sleep.
Are you ready?
It's so simple, and only requires 3 ingredients.

If you haven't used a pillow mist before, you're in for a big treat. It's an aromatherapy spray for your pillows (and sheets) that helps lull you to sleep. 

 

To make you need:

4 ounce spray bottle

2 ounces vodka

2 ounces distilled water

and some essential oils

 

Pour 2 ounces of vodka into your bottle, add in essential oil(s), and top with approximately 2 ounces of distilled water.

 

Here's some bedtime essential oil recipes for you to try:

10 drops lavender  + 10 drops frankincense

or

10 drops ylang ylang + 10 drops chamomile + 5 drops vetiver

or

10 drops cedarwood + 5 drops lavender + 5 drops vetiver

or

20 drops lavender

 

To use:

Lightly mist your pillow, sheets, and even your pajamas just before going to bed. Take a handful of deep breaths and sleep well!
